You might be wondering


Is KOUTIVO free?
Yes. A 100% free plan exists permanently: up to 30 clients and 10 active orders, with no time limit.
Can I use KOUTIVO on my phone?
Yes. KOUTIVO installs in one tap on Android, iPhone and computer straight from the browser, with no app store needed. You can also use it without installing anything.
What happens after 30 clients?
You upgrade to a higher plan (Atelier or Pro) to keep adding clients and orders. The free plan stays permanently limited to 30 clients and 10 active orders.
Is my old data deleted if I reach the limit?
No, never. Your existing clients and orders remain accessible; only new entries are blocked until you upgrade your plan.
Can I work offline?
Yes. The core of the app — clients, orders, payments — works even without a network. Everything syncs automatically once the connection returns.
Can I track deposits and what's still owed?
Yes. KOUTIVO automatically calculates the total, amount collected and balance due for each order, based on recorded payments.
Do my clients need to create an account to track their order?
No. You share a tracking link with them, for example on WhatsApp. They see their outfit's progress with nothing to install and no account to create.
What if I lose or change my phone?
If you switch devices, no problem: just log back in with your phone number and PIN, your data stays online. If you forget your PIN, use the recovery code given at signup on the "Forgot PIN" page. If you change your phone number, contact KOUTIVO support to update your account.
Is the catalogue available yet?
Not yet. The catalogue is one of KOUTIVO's upcoming features — it isn't usable in the app today.
Is the online shop available yet?
No, not yet. It will arrive after the catalogue, to allow receiving order requests directly online.
When will the marketplace be available?
It's in the works, with no launch date set yet. It's an important focus for helping tailors get discovered beyond their current clients.
